Dana and Kris Cole work together as a team to assist customers with their Central Florida real estate needs. They have created this web site to share some of their expertise with you.

Kris graduated Stetson University in 1989 with a BBA in General Business. He started selling real estate in 1994 at Coldwell Banker in New Jersey. He achieved Million Dollar Producer his first year. He quickly learned there are many important factors which go into real estate decisions. Some of the most important factors are the quality of education for the local school system, neighborhood safety, price of the home, quality of life, and distance to work. Therefore this site includes detailed information regarding local school systems, crime statistics, maps, and much more for Central Florida.

In addition to assisting Dana with her full time real estate career, Kris teaches environmental science and coaches girls basketball at Seminole High School. He was awarded SS&WCD Environmental Teacher of the Year in 1999; he was a Disney Teacheriffic Award recipient in 2001; he has been named in Whos Who Among American Teachers numerous times; he was an Assistant Girls Basketball Coach at Winter Springs High School when they won state championships in 1999 & 2000; he has been interviewed on television and in the newspaper several times regarding environmental and/or educational issues. Dana graduated Stetson University in 1993 with a degree in Elementary Education. She graduated Watson Success School in September of 2007. In addition to working as a REALTOR® full time, Dana Substitute teaches at Seminole High School, Markham Woods Middle School, Heathrow Elementary School, Lake Mary High School, Greenwood Lakes Middle School, and Highlands Elementary School.
